Class Project- Creative Concepting
This assignment was to develop a creative solution to a common restaurant problem, and then create a creative campaign to announce the solution. I chose Starbucks, with the problem being that people who want a simple coffee have to wait in a huge line, only to have five people in front of them order a Grande, Quad, Nonfat, One-Pump, No-Whip, Mocha. My solution to the problem was to create an express order and payment system through a self-serve kiosk and a limited menu of only the drinks that are the quickest to make everyone gets their coffee faster.
